2024 has been a year of looking ahead in anticipation of our power upgrade coming into being, and considering various possibilities with local programming. We are excited about the expansion of our reach into the homes of surrounding communities! There have been some technical difficulties that have delayed the implementation of the power upgrade, but the new antenna and transmitter are now in place on the Saskatoon Mountain site near Grande Prairie, and testing of the equipment is underway. We thank Vincent Communications and Walter Pope & James Polanski for the many hours working to solve the technical issues, tower climbs, designing and building the equipment.
We believe Christian radio broadcasting is more important now than ever, as much of the world seems determined to reject Christ and His gospel, or at least are lost and unsure of what or Who to believe in. We must continue to have a voice in the marketplace, to do our part to help fulfill what Christ has asked/commanded us as His followers to do.
Our gifts of time, money, and prayer, increase exponentially, almost effortlessly, over the airwaves, compared to walking or driving from one community to another like was done in the old days and is still done in some countries!!
