Having an Eternal Perspective
We often say time flies. This is true as we ponder on the small beginnings of CIAM. We knew little of what the Lord had in store as we, by faith, started the first CIAM broadcast on January 28, 2003 in Fort Vermilion.
As we celebrate CIAM’s 20th anniversary in 2023, we stand in awe and praise before the Great I AM! Much has changed in the past 20 years, but in the midst of a changing and busy world, it’s important to have an eternal perspective in all that we do. We cannot waste our time and resources on things that don’t count in the end. Praise God that together, we can stand on the promises of God in His Word and in one accord proclaim: Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today and forever (Heb 13:8).
Here at CIAM our ultimate goal is to proclaim the Good News over the airways at home and around the world. Our desire is that everyone has a chance to hear the Gospel; whether in person, over FM in small remote communities, or online. We are called to be active participants in sharing the Gospel such that people can hear the Truth, see the Way and find the Life through a personal relationship with Jesus.
Words cannot express how grateful we are for your faithful partnership in the Gospel over these 20 years. For this reason, ever since we heard about your faith in the Lord Jesus and your love for all God’s people, I have not stopped giving thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers (Eph 1:15-16).
It’s because of generous financial supporters, prayer warriors, and dedicated volunteers like you, that this is made possible. We are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses (Heb 12:1) and are deeply thankful for your faithful commitment in giving so generously of your time and resources. We would appreciate your continued support in prayer and finances, and look forward expectantly what God will do in and through all of us in 2023.
