A New Mission Opportunity
“1&1” is a new mission opportunity within CIAM that we want to introduce to you and your local churches. This is a platform where people facing difficult issues or who have questions about spiritual things, can be connected with a 1&1 Mentor to walk alongside them with empathy, one-on-one in their faith journey. We want to bring the Good News to the hurting and broken, so that they can know Jesus as their Lord and Saviour.
We would encourage you to explore 1&1 Mentorship and prayerfully consider how you can share this with local churches in your respective communities.
- Discipleship, connecting seekers to a local church
- Technical and Basic Counselling training is provided.
- Select special interests that you can speak to from your own experiences.
- Mentor at your own pace, you set your time commitment.
- Safety first, we will ensure that communication with Mentees is on our platform only.
We are looking for both 1&1 Mentors and Mentor Coaches. Mentor Coaches may do some mentoring themselves, but they also act as a resource and support person for a handful of Mentors, as well as a coordinator in the local church.
