It is wonderful to share an hour of music with you every Sunday morning. Reading from Hymns that tell the story of Jesus. I have reflected on the meaning of hymns over the past year and why we continue to sing them. What meaning do they carry for each of us. I am realizing that the Hymns tell my story, tell your story of our walk with Jesus.

A story we love to sing about, hear and speak of. A story that has been passed down from generation to generation. A story of redemption. A story of forgiveness. A story of grace. A story of sacrifice. And we love to sing over and over again. Amazing Grace How sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me.

I love to tell the story of the Hymn through music. Songs that convey the message and theme of the Hymn. Part of preparing for the program is prayer, which is so important in preparation for the program. I don’t know who the program will reach or who is listening, but I know God can touch the hearts of everyone that hears the Program. Sometimes radio ministry can seem lonely since you do not meet or see people who are listening. But you learn along this journey we do this for Jesus. So glad to be part of the family of God, and to do my part. 

I would request continued prayer of all those listening that God will lead and direct. That He would be glorified in all that is said and done. Where He leads…
