Greetings from Victory FM in Prince Albert, SK
Yesterday, while at our annual AGM, I met a regular listener to Victory FM who lives in seniors’ accommodation and has us on in the background for much of the day. She enjoyed our new selections of music, was lifted up hearing some of the different languages and the varied ways the Truth of Jesus was presented. We did not know that she was a listener, but she had heard our on-air notice for the annual meeting and came along.
This year, Victory FM 107.1 has finally been able to go up to 400 Watts. This gives far better penetration into the metal framed apartment blocks in our city, as well as the hospital and prisons. It hasn’t been an easy process; a lot of things have to happen before even going to the tower, and when I have gone there it seems to be uncomfortably cold, hot, dusty, or windy.
Meeting someone who we didn’t know was one of our faithful listeners till yesterday, reminds us that while we sow, God gives the increase.
